I cannot say enough about how happy and grateful we are for the service we received at Firestone! From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation so much easier for us. A huge thank you to Chris, the manager, for being so understanding and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to work with us and make sure we were able to get the service our car needed. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and willingness to help. Dustin provided absolutely amazing customer service. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained what was going on, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. His communication and professionalism made such a difference! And an extra-special THANK YOU to Mason, who performed the work on our car. We truly cannot thank him enough for getting our car fixed and back to us so much sooner than we expected. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and we are beyond grateful to have our car back and running properly. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. We left feeling incredibly thankful and confident that we had brought our car to

Been using this Firestone shop for over 3 years now. Staff has always treated us very well and been a pleasure to work with. Open and honest explanation of car problems, and fair pricing. Manager and team have worked with us to make costs of repairs affordable or to understand what was a necessary fix and what could be put off until later funds were available. Honest and trustworthy mechanic is hard to find but the team at Palm Valley Firestone is great!

I came in Sunday afternoon with a hole and one of my tires, hoping for it to be patched. Dustin was running the front of the store and was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The technician that assisted me with the patch kit Was a young man named Will. Initially, I was just gonna put the tire on myself at the house with the new patch, Will insisted it was no trouble for him to do it for me very quickly and got me out of there ready to go in no time. These guys are as good as it gets, will be going back there anytime I have any automotive needs! Thanks again -Jaxsen L

Great shop with guys that really know their stuff. I had taken my in car for a simple alinement that should have taken an hour and a half max. It took 8 hours and wasted my entire day. I sat in the waiting room and watched Rocky 1 and Rocky 2 and in the end I still had a car that was all over the road. I took the car to Firestone on palm valley and was so happy that I did! They got the car driving great and were very knowledgeable about older cars. The other shop had an inexperienced alignment guy and it wasted my time and money. Please consider making the trip to the store on palm valley, you will be glad you did!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I wouldn’t go here even if my only option was to cut holes through the floor of my car and Flintstone my car around. The customer service my sister experienced was so unacceptable that the employee should be fired or at best put through additional training. Alex had no knowledge of policies, procedures, or affiliated companies (which is who she went through). Tried to blame what he thought was the wrong write up on his GM and other employees. My sister’s first encounter with Alex was immediately hostile. He didn’t know his own policy and was denying to give her keys back after a service she already paid for! To the point where he was hiding her keys and taking them to the back after my sister requested to see the screen where she was immediately able to show him where she had already paid after 30 minutes of him arguing with her. Just to say oh sorry. If you don’t know your company’s affiliates, policies, or procedures than ask for more training or find a new career! To top it all off she left with a horrible experience, in tears, and scratch up rims on every tire. BEWARE
